Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ApexToolz (https://apex-toolz.com), including all image conversion, compression, editing, and related tools (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Waamtech.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ApexToolz offers free online image utilities that run in your web browser. Tools include format converters, compressors, resizers, croppers, rotators, metadata removers, and social media size presets. Processing is performed locally on your device; files are not uploaded to our servers for conversion.

We may add, modify, or remove tools at any time without prior notice. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis.

You may use ApexToolz without creating an account. We do not charge fees for standard use of the web tools. Optional third-party products, such as our Chrome extension listed on the Chrome Web Store, may be subject to separate store terms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Process images you do not have the right to use, copy, or modify;
• Use the Service to infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service in an abusive manner;
• Submit spam, malware, or harmful content through our contact form;
• Misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

You are solely responsible for the files you process and the outputs you create, including compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

The ApexToolz name, logo, website design, code, and original content are owned by Waamtech.com or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission, except as permitted by law.

You retain all rights to images and files you process. We claim no ownership over your content.

Because tools run entirely in your browser, results depend on your device capabilities, browser version, available memory, and file characteristics. We do not guarantee that every file type, size, or edge case will process successfully. You are responsible for verifying output quality and file integrity before using converted or compressed images in production or professional workflows.

Some formats (such as HEIC, AVIF, or SVG) may have limited support depending on your browser. Feature availability may change as web standards evolve.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAAMTECH.COM AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE U.S. DOLLAR (US $1.00), SINCE THE SERVICE IS FREE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waamtech.com from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

The Service may link to third-party websites, including https://waamtech.com and the Chrome Web Store. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of external sites is at your own risk.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information. Please review it carefully.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be noted on the homepage. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.
