• Merge before compressing if file size matters—one pass through PDF Compressor is simpler than compressing each source.
• Rotated scans should be fixed with Rotate PDF first so headers read consistently.
• Name your final file descriptively; merged outputs default to generic download names.
• For very large annual reports, merge in two chunks if the browser feels sluggish, then merge those halves.

• Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked before merging—encrypted inputs fail decoding.
• Form field name collisions across source files may behave unpredictably; flatten in source apps if forms break.
• Extremely large merges (hundreds of MB) may hit browser memory ceilings—split workflows on low-RAM devices.
